among other platforms which may be contemplated to be used by Bitnob.
By signing up to our mobile application and using our Services, you hereby confirm that you
have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not wish to be bound by
the provisions of this Policy, you should not access the mobile application or sign up for our Services.
If you choose to use our Services, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this Policy.
The personal data that we collect is used for providing and improving our Services. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Policy.
Collection of Personal Data
For a better experience while using our Services, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, bank account information, BVN, username, password, and next of kin details. When you create a Bitnob account, we may collect information about you from third-party service providers to verify your identity and prevent fraud. We will notify you when we receive information about you from them and the purposes for which we intend to use that information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this Policy. The mobile application does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Personal Data We Collect Automatically From Our Services
When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect personal data and other information about you as follows:
